Fees and Insurance

The Held Self Therapy PLLC is currently private pay and is considered an "out of network provider". This means therapy services provided will not be in-network with your insurance coverage, and insurance will not billed. All sessions are paid by debit, credit, or HSA/FSA account. Your insurance plan may provide out of network benefits and reimbursements. You may be able to submit a superbill for the services received by The Held Self Therapy PLLC, which can be emailed to you following each completed session. You may also use a third part platform Mentaya to submit your superbills to your insurance for reimbursement on your behalf.
